Application ID not specified...

Application server is unable to start an application. Please check :

Application Server (fglasd) should be started.
An application ID should be specified within the URL.
- Using Unix web server:
  http://localhost/cgi-bin/fglccgi?APPLICATION_ID
- Using Windows web server:
  http://localhost/cgi-bin/fglccgi.exe?APPLICATION_ID
